The mechanical Sanfor process makes the production of shrink-fast finished cotton and cotton mixtures possible.The shrink
stability achieved by this treatment is +/- 1%. For this process we offer rubber blankets or endless needle felts for all common types of machines.
RUBBER BLANKETS
From selected manufacturers we are able
to offer a full range of rubber shrinking blankets for shrinking and to alter the texture of the material or knitted fabric on Sanfor and Comfit machines.
The rubber blankets in Hocks‘ assortment have good stability and good resistance to ageing and temperatures, as a result of which our
customers can rely on longer periods between grinding and a limited risk of cracking.
The shrinkage capacity of the textile products is around 17%.
 
 ENDLESS NEEDLE FELTS
For older types of machine (felt calender)
Hocks offers endless needle felts in greater thickness in various materials.
The shrinkage capacity of the textile products is around 10%.
